What if I order Multiple Bundles?
If you order multiple items we do try to consolidate orders to help save the planet and help save on shipping.
Who Do you Ship With?
We currently ship with USPS and use 3-day priority.
What is the Refund Policy?
We do not offer refunds on our Read It & Eat boxes because we have curated food items within our boxes. Once you open the food, it's not able to be repurposed.
In instances where your package is damaged during transit, we will work to replace your order.
What if I’ve moved and haven’t updated my shipping address?
If your box has already shipped, but to an old address, we will do our best to accommodate. We do not guarantee a replacement box. You will receive a notification in your subscription prior to the box shipping
For Blind Date with a Book, what if you send me a book I already have?
The best way to avoid being sent a book you've already read, make sure on check out to supply your GoodReads or Storygraph App reading list.
